Job Overview:

1st Choice Personnel is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a residential apartment community.

Duties:

Oversee and complete daily maintenance of the property. Perform preventative and routine maintenance on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, and building structures. Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution. Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring timely reordering. Develop and implement a preventative maintenance schedule to minimize fu

Job Requirements:

Proven experience as in maintenance, preferably in a multi-family housing setting. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building maintenance. EPA and HVAC certification required. Excellent communication skills. Ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues efficiently. Proficiency in using maintenance management software is a plus. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. $24/HR-$26/HR
