Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Brazer/Assembler to join A manufacturing team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and welding metal components with precision and adherence to safety standards.
Duties:
-Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately assemble components -Perform MIG, TIG, FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding), welding techniques to join sheet metal and pipe sections -Use hand tools, power tools, calipers, micrometers, and press brake machines to shape and measure materials with precision -Fabricate ductwork, piping, and other metal assemblies according to ASME codes & standards -Operate plasma cutters, machining equipment
Job Requirements:
-Manufacturing background involving metal fabrication or assembly - Skilled in MIG welding, TIG welding -Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, mechanical drawings, and basic math for measurements and calculations -Experience using hand tools, power tools, calipers, micrometers, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment - Knowledge of ASME codes & standards related to welding and fabrication processes
