Overview
We are seeking detail-oriented Fabricators for full-time, temp-to-hire positions offering $14.00 per hour. Candidates must have open availability across two shift schedules—5:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 7:00 PM to 5:00/6:00 AM, Monday through Friday—with frequent weekend overtime depending on workload.
Duties
In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminum parts precisely to blueprint specifications while maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe work area. Core duties include reading shop drawings, verifying raw materials, selecting tooling, setting up and operating press brakes to make progressive bends, and conducting quality checks to ensure all parts meet strict tolerance standards.
Requirements
You will also be expected to complete all associated production paperwork, follow Job Safety Analysis guidelines, wear all required PPE (eye and hearing protection, gloves), perform basic equipment maintenance, and report any print discrepancies or quality issues immediately to your team leader. To qualify, applicants must possess strong hand-eye coordination, solid math skills, and the ability to read a tape measure and interpret blueprints accurately.
