Overview
We are seeking detail-oriented Assemblers for temp-to-hire positions paying $14.00 per hour with open availability across two shift options: 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 7:00 PM to 5:00/6:00 AM, Monday through Friday, along with frequent weekend overtime based on workload.
Duties
In this role, you will use hand and power tools to assemble metal products, electrical equipment, and various components according to detailed directions, blueprints, and schematics. Primary responsibilities include conducting quality checks to ensure uniform completion, maintaining production logs, performing basic equipment maintenance, tracking tool and supply inventory, and keeping a clean, hazard-free work area.
Requirements
You must also strictly adhere to all safety guidelines, follow Job Safety Analysis protocols, wear required PPE, and report any product inconsistencies to your team leader. Qualified candidates must possess strong manual dexterity, excellent hand-eye coordination, solid basic math and reading skills, the ability to read a tape measure, and the visual capacity to differentiate between colored wires, tabs, and electronic components.
