A growing manufacturing company is seeking a skilled Manual CNC Press Brake Operator with strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Duties

The operator will adjust tooling and machine settings to achieve accurate bends, perform routine quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments, and ensure all fabricated parts meet strict production standards.

Requirements

Candidates should have proven experience operating manual press brakes in a fabrication or manufacturing environment, along with solid blueprint‑reading skills and familiarity with GD&T principles. Experience with related machining processes—such as CNC laser cutting, plasma cutting, EDM, milling, lathes, stamping presses, or welding—is a strong plus. Mechanical troubleshooting ability and routine maintenance skills are also highly valued for this role.
