Overview

A manufacturing company in the Longview, Kilgore, and Gilmer areas is seeking a motivated Brazer/Assembler with strong attention to detail and experience in metal fabrication.

Duties

This role involves reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings to accurately assemble and braze components while following all safety and quality standards. Candidates will perform MIG, TIG, and FCAW welding to join sheet metal and pipe sections, fabricate ductwork and piping to ASME codes, and use hand tools, power tools, calipers, micrometers, plasma cutters, and press brake machines to shape and measure materials with precision.

Requirements

Applicants should have a manufacturing background involving metal fabrication or assembly, solid welding skills, and familiarity with technical drawings and basic math used for measurements and calculations. Knowledge of ASME codes and fabrication processes is strongly preferred.
