Yes. While on assignment you are our W-2 employee. We withhold federal income tax, Social Security, and Medicare, and provide a W-2 at year end, just like any employer.

How and how often do I get paid?

You are paid weekly. Once you are placed, your recruiter will walk you through timekeeping and pay options, including direct deposit.

Do I have to accept every job offered?

No. You tell us the pay, hours, and type of work you will accept, and you are free to turn down an assignment that is not the right fit.

What is temp-to-hire?

Temp-to-hire lets you and the employer try the fit before it becomes permanent. You start as our associate, and if it works out the company can bring you on as their own employee.
