These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at www.1stchoicepersonnel.net (the "Site") and the staffing and recruiting services provided by 1st Choice Personnel, Inc., doing business as East Texas Staffing ("1st Choice Personnel," "we," "us," or "our"). Please read them carefully.
By using the Site or our services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
We are a staffing and recruiting company that connects job seekers with employers for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire opportunities, and that provides related services such as recruiting, screening, payroll, and on-site support. The Site provides information about our services and lets job seekers view openings and apply, and employers request staff.
To apply for work or use our services, you must be of legal working age, authorized to work in the United States, and able to enter into a binding agreement. By using the Site, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet these requirements.
Applying, submitting your information, or being considered for a role does not guarantee an interview, a placement, or employment. Openings, pay rates, and availability may change or be filled at any time. Nothing on the Site is an offer of employment.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information in your application and communications with us, and to promptly update it as needed. Misrepresenting your identity, experience, credentials, or work authorization may result in disqualification or ending of an assignment.
Applying for and being placed in a job through us is always free for job seekers. We are paid by the employers we serve, never by the people we place. We will never ask you to pay a fee to apply or be placed.
Requests for staff submitted through the Site are inquiries and do not create a binding contract on their own. Our services to employers are governed by a separate staffing or service agreement between you and 1st Choice Personnel. Any service guarantees we describe, including replacement of an associate who is not the right fit, are provided based on and subject to the terms of that agreement. Please ask your recruiter for details.
When you apply or contact us, you consent to be contacted by phone, email, and text message about openings, applications, assignments, and related matters, consistent with our Privacy Policy. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of applying for work or receiving any service.
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and design, are owned by or licensed to 1st Choice Personnel and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the Site for its intended purpose of learning about our services and applying for work. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site without our permission, except for content you submit.

The Site links to third-party services, including employee timecard, payroll, associate, and client login portals operated by our vendors. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that job information will always be current or accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 1st Choice Personnel and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 1st Choice Personnel and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site or services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of another.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Caddo Parish, Louisiana, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site or our services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
